At Metro Marlins Swim Team, we are seeking a Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and teach individual and group lessons to children of different ages and abilities. This position is perfect for students who have a strong love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to enjoy and respect the water. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and offer feedback and support

Requirements
• Experience with students of all ages, especially in educational or instructional roles
• Proficient in different swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage behavior and handle challenging situations professionally
• Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for children and swimming is essential
