At Bemidji Area Super Swimmers, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels in Bemidji, MN. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming and have the ability to inspire young swimmers while prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for students
• Evaluate student progress and offer guidance and feedback as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes and techniques
• Familiarity with water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Effective communication, time management, and teaching skills
• Ability to manage behavior and handle challenging situations professionally
• Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Genuine love for swimming and working with children.
