As a Swim Instructor at Fergus Falls Flyers, you will lead swimming programs and offer customized individual and group lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to motivate young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Swim Instructor to join our team in Fergus Falls, MN.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of various ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, giving feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, especially in an educational or instructional setting
• Excellent swimming skills and knowledge of different swim strokes and techniques
• Proficiency in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and creative teaching abilities
• Effective behavior management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous, showing an understanding of working with children in a structured setting
• A genuine love and passion for swimming and working with children.
