At Red Dragon Swimming, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide tailored lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. We are looking for a passionate individual from who can inspire young swimmers and create a safe learning environment. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and abilities
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Requirements
• Experience working with students in an instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
