As a Swim Instructor at Southwest Swim Club, you will lead swimming programs, offering personalized lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, possess strong communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to appreciate and love the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team in Marshall, MN.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with a diverse student population
• Proficiency in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative teaching skills
• Ability to manage student behavior effectively
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching preferred
• Passion for swimming and working with children
