Join us at Willmar Aquatic Racing Stingrays as a Swim Instructor and play a key role in leading swimming programs for children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming and have a talent for inspiring young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to bring their enthusiasm and skills to our team in Willmar, MN.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial, as it demonstrates an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
• A love and passion for swimming and children!
