As a Swim Instructor at Mantas Swim Club, you will lead our swimming programs and provide customized individual and group lessons to children of different age groups and skill levels. This role is perfect for students with a strong dedication to swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers and foster a love and respect for water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Mankato, MN.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, with a preference for educational or instructional settings
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills to handle challenging situations calmly
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• Passion for swimming and working with children.
