At Wright County Wave, we are seeking a Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes
• Water safety and CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and children
