Are you a passionate swimmer with a knack for teaching? Do you have experience working with children of all ages? If so, Waconia Swim Club wants you to join our team as a Swim Instructor! We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic student to lead swimming programs and provide lessons to kids in Waconia, MN.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle behavior management effectively and professionally
• Passion for swimming and working with children indicates a love and understanding of the sport and its young enthusiasts
