At Lake Superior Swim Club, we are seeking a Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide lessons tailored to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have strong communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are looking for a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Duluth, MN.

Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
Background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management and creative teaching skills
Strong behavior management skills
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is preferred
Passion for swimming and working with children
