As a Swim Instructor at Wilmington Aquatic Club, you will lead swimming programs, providing customized individual and group lessons for children of different age groups and skill levels. This role is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have great communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Evaluate student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, particularly in an educational or instructional setting
Strong swimming abilities and knowledge of different strokes and techniques
Proficient in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organization, time management, and creative teaching skills
Effective behavior management skills, able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Prior experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
Passion for swimming and working with children
