Greater Milford Boys and Girls Club in Milford, DE is seeking a Swim Instructor from to lead swimming programs and lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. If you have strong communication skills and a love for the water, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes and techniques
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teaching skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
