At Cyclones Swim Team, we are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide tailored lessons to children of all ages and skill levels in Wilmington, DE. We are seeking individuals who have a deep love for swimming and a genuine ability to inspire young swimmers.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management and teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• Passion for swimming and children
