As a Swim Instructor at Naval Academy Aquatic Club, you will lead swimming programs and provide tailored lessons to children of various ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a strong passion for swimming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers. Currently, we are seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Annapolis, MD.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
• Certification in CPR & First Aid
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
