Are you a student at with a deep passion for swimming and a talent for inspiring young swimmers? Join our team at Eagle Swim Team Inc. in Owings Mills, MD as a Swim Instructor! In this role, you will lead swimming programs, provide individual and group lessons, and help children of all age groups and skill levels develop their skills and love for the water.

Responsibilities
• Provide personalized swim instruction to students of various ages and abilities
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve

Requirements
• Previous experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different swim strokes
• Background in water safety and CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage behavior and handle challenging situations professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children.
