As a Swim Instructor at Green Terror Aquatic Club, you will lead swimming programs and deliver both individual and group lessons customized for children of different age ranges and skill levels. This position is perfect for students at who possess a genuine love for swimming, exceptional communication abilities, and the talent to motivate young swimmers while fostering a sense of appreciation and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Swim Instructor to join our team and contribute to our Green Terror Aquatic Club located in Westminster, MD.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial, as it demonstrates an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
• A love and passion for swimming and children!
