At Fairland Aquatic Swim Team, we are looking for a Swim Instructor who is passionate about teaching swimming and creating a safe and fun environment for children of all ages and skill levels. If you are a student with a love for the water and experience working with kids, we want you to join our team in Laurel, MD.

Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction tailored to students of various ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for all swimmers
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements:
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
