At Chesapeake Bay Aquatic Club, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Swim Instructors. This role involves leading swimming programs and teaching both individual and group lessons to children of varying ages and skill levels. If you are a student with a genuine love for swimming and the ability to inspire young swimmers, we want you on our team at Chesapeake Bay Aquatic Club in Ridge, MD.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to students of all ages and abilities
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all participants
• Evaluate student progress and offer feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements
• Previous experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting
• Proficiency in swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certification (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
