Join our team at Bel Air Athletic Club Swim Team as a Swim Instructor and lead engaging swimming programs tailored to kids of all ages and skill levels. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor with a love for swimming and a knack for inspiring young swimmers in Bel Air, MD.

Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes
CPR & First Aid Certified
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
