At Cheyenne Swim Club, we are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels in Cheyenne, WY. This position is perfect for students at who have a true love for swimming and a talent for inspiring young swimmers. If you possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching water safety, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Proficiency in swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• Current CPR & First Aid certification for infant, child, and adult
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage behavior effectively and handle difficult situations professionally
• Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for working with children and a love for swimming
