At Sheridan Swim Team, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels in Sheridan, WY. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, possess great communication skills, and have the ability to inspire young swimmers.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for various age groups and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational settings
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and creative teaching skills
• Ability to manage behavior and handle challenging situations professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
