As a Swim Instructor at Gillette Swim Team, you will lead swimming programs and conduct individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a strong love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers and foster a love for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and self-driven Swim Instructor to join our team at Gillette Swim Team in Gillette, WY.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for students
• Evaluate student progress and offer feedback as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages in an educational or instructional capacity
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
