As a Swim Instructor at Riverton Swim Club, you will lead swimming programs and deliver individual and group lessons customized for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a strong love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to develop a respect and passion for the water. We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Swim Instructor to join our team in Riverton, WY.

Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
• Assess student progress and offer feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements:
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Effective behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
