We are seeking a dedicated student in Berlin, WI who can lead swimming programs and provide lessons to children of varying ages and skill levels. If you have a love for the water and inspiring young swimmers, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and encouraging learning environment
• Assess student progress and offer feedback and support as needed

Requirements
• Experience with students of all ages, preferably in education or instruction
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Skilled in water safety and survival
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infant, child & adult
• Excellent communication, organization, and teaching abilities
• Strong behavior management skills
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children is a must
