As a Swim Instructor at Huntington YMCA/Charleston AT, you will lead swimming programs and conduct individual and group lessons for children of different ages and abilities. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
