As a Swim Instructor at Howard Suamico Storm Breakers, you will lead swimming programs and provide tailored individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a love for swimming, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to appreciate and respect the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
Strong background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management and creative teaching skills
Strong behavior management skills, able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus, showing an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
A passion for swimming and working with children is a must!
