At Tide Swimming, we are seeking a Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming and have a knack for inspiring young swimmers. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for students
• Track student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational settings
• Proficiency in various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Genuine passion for swimming and working with children
