At Lynchburg YMCA Swim Team, we are seeking a Swim Instructor who will lead swimming programs and provide customized lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with diverse age groups and abilities
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong water safety knowledge
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teaching skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Previous childcare or coaching experience preferred
• Passion for swimming and working with children
