As a Swim Instructor at Rockbridge Storm Swim Team, you will lead swimming programs, offer customized lessons for children of different age groups and skill levels, and inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have strong communication skills, and can motivate others. We are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team in Lexington, VA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Evaluate student progress and offer feedback and support

Requirements
• Experience working with students of different ages and abilities, especially in educational settings
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certification (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and teaching skills
• Effective behavior management skills
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
