Join our team at Coast Guard Blue Dolphins as a Swim Instructor and take the lead in our swimming programs, offering tailored lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming and have a talent for motivating young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to work with us in Fort Eustis, VA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for all participants
• Assess student progress and offer feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable about water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to effectively manage behavior and handle challenging situations professionally
• Previous childcare or sports coaching experience is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
