Are you passionate about swimming and teaching kids? Old Dominion Aquatic Club is looking for a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs for children of all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide feedback

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes
• Background in water safety and CPR/First Aid certification
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Behavioral management skills for handling challenging situations calmly
• Childcare or sports coaching experience is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
