At Shenandoah Marlins Aquatic Club, we are looking for a passionate Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. Our ideal candidate is a student with a deep love for swimming, great communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to develop a love for the water. If you are enthusiastic and motivated, we want you to join our team in Waynesboro, VA!

Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
Strong background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
Strong behavior management skills
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
A love and passion for swimming and children!
