At Quest Swimming, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. If you are a student with a love for swimming and the ability to inspire young swimmers, we want you to join our team in Midlothian, VA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for all ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and give feedback

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational settings
• Proficiency in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
