At DIG Swimming, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide personalized lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students at who have a genuine love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire young swimmers. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of different ages and skill levels
• Maintain a safe and encouraging learning environment
• Evaluate student progress and offer feedback and support

Requirements
• Experience working with students of varying abilities
• Proficient in a variety of swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (for infants, children, and adults)
• Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
