**Mandatory training will be from 09/18-09/20 5pm-8pm, held at the restaurant, training MUST be attended by all new hires unless specified by Management under specific situations. We will be having 3 soft opening services the week after for quality assurance and practice. With an opening date of October 1st.**

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team and contribute to our guests' unforgettable dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception:
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently to ensure optimal seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus explaining daily specials or unique offerings.
- Knowledge of Menu and Beverages:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant’s menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles.
- Provide guests with information on menu items and beverage pairings, showcasing a deep appreciation for Mexican cuisine.
- Guest Service Excellence:
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate with management and servers to ensure exceptional service.
- Reservation and Waitlist Management:
- Efficiently manage the reservation system, confirming bookings and updating guest information.
- Handle peak-hour waitlists, accurately estimating wait times and keeping guests informed.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest flow.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work seamlessly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area.
- Contribute to a supportive and cooperative team environment.
- Promotions and Specials:
- Inform guests about special promotions, featured items, and events.
- Encourage guests to try new dishes and beverages, enhancing their dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Host or in a customer service role.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A passion for elevated customer service and hospitality.
- Must be at least 18 years of age. (???)
