As a Swim Instructor at Sarasota Tsunami Swim Team, you will lead swimming programs, offering customized lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for passionate students with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire young swimmers. Currently, we are seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Bradenton, FL.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and offer feedback

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Proficient in swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable about water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage behavior and handle challenging situations calmly
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• A genuine passion for swimming and working with children
