As a Swim Instructor at NTC Aquatics, you will lead swimming programs and provide tailored lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have strong communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Clermont, FL.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
• Background in water safety and CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
• Previous experience in childcare or coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children is essential
