As a Swim Instructor at Saint Cloud Aquatic Team, you will lead swimming programs and offer customized individual and group lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a strong love for swimming, exceptional communication abilities, and the genuine talent to motivate young swimmers while fostering a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team and support our Saint Cloud Aquatic Team in Saint Cloud, FL.

Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements:
• Previous experience working with students of various ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional environment
• Proficient swimming skills and knowledge of different swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Effective behavior management skills, capable of handling challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus and demonstrates an understanding of working with children in a structured setting
• A genuine love and passion for swimming and children
