As a Swim Instructor at Lake Placid Aquatics, you will be responsible for leading swimming programs tailored to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have strong communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to love the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team in Lake Placid, FL.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills with knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and children is a must
