As a Swim Instructor at Charlotte County Swimming, you will lead swimming programs and provide customized lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have strong communication skills, and can motivate young swimmers to develop a love and appreciation for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Swim Instructor to join our team at Charlotte County Swimming in Englewood, FL.

Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction for students of various ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements:
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, ideally in an educational or instructional setting
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Effective behavior management abilities to handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of working with children in a structured environment
• Passion for swimming and working with children
