At Haines City Tritons, we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students who have a genuine love for swimming and the ability to inspire young swimmers. Responsibilities
• Provide tailored swim instruction to students of various ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different swim strokes and techniques
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teaching skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
