As a Swim Instructor at T2 Aquatics, you will lead swimming programs and conduct individual and group lessons tailored to children of different ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students with a strong love for swimming, exceptional communication abilities, and the genuine talent to inspire young swimmers and cultivate a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Swim Instructor to join us at our T2 Aquatics location in Naples, FL.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, particularly in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous, showcasing an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
