Reviews for Safeguard Self Storage - Yonkers
This facility was too crowded and we couldn’t park our moving van anywhere. The manager was great and after some time she was able to get someone to move so we could park. Also, I guess this facility only has 3-4 dollies at all times so when we got there, there were no dollies available to use and we had to wait again. I was also told on the phone when booking it that I would receive a spot on the ground level that I would be able to pull up to and unload, but when I got there the manager said she’s not sure who told me that but all the units require an elevator to get to them. Again, not the fault of the manager who was great. Lastly, I’m not sure why it says you have access until 7 pm when I asked the manager and she said you have to be done moving in things by 6:30 pm. This is a serious flaw again, and caused a lot of trouble for us because it actually closes earlier than it says.
