I am leaving this review as a new customer who is very satisfied so far, and the fact that this is a new facility which is still clean (immaculate, actually). In 6 months to a year from now, I'd like to review this facility again so I'm saving this email. But so far the price is extremely reasonable (let's see if they raise it every 6 months or so like the other facilities do). The customer service was excellent. I think I dealt with Kelvin (can't remember his name) but he was very nice and knowledgable. The storage units, elevators, garage, and hallways are all very clean. It is easy to access with a key fob. The carts are new and work great.
