At Nation's Capital Swim Club, we are seeking a Swim Instructor who will lead swimming programs and offer tailored lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a love for swimming, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to respect and enjoy the water. We are looking for a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, especially in educational or instructional settings
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
