Reston HOA-Glade Pool is seeking responsible, energetic, and communicative individuals to join us as lifeguards this summer. As a lifeguard, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of our members and guests, while also enjoying competitive pay and tons of fun.

As a lifeguard, you must possess the following skills:
• Comfortable in and around open water with basic knowledge of safety considerations
• Proficient in deep water and basic use of watercraft such as surfboards, paddleboards, and kayaks
• Able to pass lifeguard prerequisite exam including a 550-meter open water swim and treading water without hands for 2 minutes
• Experience working with or teaching children is preferred
• Red Cross Certification or WSI certification preferred but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
