Jewelry store retail customer service representative
Job Description
We are seeking a Jewelry Store Retail Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Set up jewelry store and jewelry cases daily
- Enter and process customer orders daily
- Answer phone and assist customers
- Open and closing proceedures
Qualifications:
- Previous two plus years experience in retail sales, jewelry retail sales helpful
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- High school diploma/ some college
- Background check required
