At DART Swimming, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all age groups and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have strong communication skills, and possess the ability to motivate young swimmers while emphasizing water safety and respect. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Create a safe and engaging learning environment for all students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Previous experience working with students of diverse ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Proficiency in various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification (infant, child & adult)
• Effective communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to manage behavior and handle challenging situations professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
