As a Swim Instructor at Red Bluff Tritons Swim Team, you will lead swimming programs and offer personalized individual and group lessons to children of different age groups and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a genuine love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers and foster a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Swim Instructor to join our team at Red Bluff Tritons Swim Team in Red Bluff, CA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback and support as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of diverse ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Proficient swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong grasp of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and innovative teaching skills
• Effective behavior management abilities to handle challenging situations calmly
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous
• Passion for swimming and working with children
