As a Swim Instructor at Anderson Aquagators, you will lead swimming programs and offer customized individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a strong enthusiasm for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers and foster a love for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and self-driven Swim Instructor to join our team in Cottonwood, CA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Evaluate student progress and offer feedback and support as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Proficient swimming skills with knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certification (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and teaching skills
• Effective behavior management skills to handle challenging situations professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is preferred
• Passion for swimming and working with children
